MUNICIPALITY OF ARRAN-ELDERSLIE

Notice of intention to pass the 2008 Municipal Budget for the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 291(1), that before adopting all or part of a budget or amending such budget, a municipality shall give public notice of its intention to adopt or amend the budget at the Council Meeting specified in the notice.

THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie gives notice that the 2008 Municipal Capital and Operating Budget is scheduled for adoption on:
