A special meeting of the Council of the
Municipality of Arran-Elderslie was held on Monday, September 8, 2009 at 8:45 a.m.
in the Council Chambers.

ADOPTION
OF AGENDA

That
the agenda be adopted as distributed by the Clerk.

DISCLOSURES
OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest
by Members of Council under the Municipal
Conflict of Interest Act at this time.
RESOLUTION
TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION AND GENERAL NATURE THEREOF:
Moved by: Councillor Davis
Seconded by: Deputy Mayor Cumming
That Council move into closed
session to consider personal matters about an identifiable individual,
including municipal or local board employees, and to consider matters relating
to the security of the property of the municipality or local board.

moved into closed session and returned to open session (8:55 a.m. – 12:19 p.m.).
