PERENNIAL PLANT SALE & PESTICIDE INFO MEETING

On Saturday, May 9, the beautification committee of the Paisley & District Ratepayers Assoc will be holding its 2nd annual perennial plant sale in the Paisley Town Square from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm. Also on the same day, May 9, they will be hosting a short information meeting regarding implementation of the new law banning cosmetic pesticide use, a short video about the effects of pesticides along with suggestions for alternative practices. This meeting will be held at the Sticks & Stones Galley (Back Eddie’s), corner of Queen St and Mill Dr. Paisley from 11:30 am until noon. Plant donations will be gratefully accepted.
