Chesley Horticultural Society Annual Christmas Dinner

6:00 p.m. on December 3 at the Klages Mill. Please bring a donation for the food bank, also something for the pot luck dinner. The Allenford Homecoming Committee is having a “Taste of Italy” Dinner (pastas, salads and breads) on Sunday, November 15 at 5:00 p.m. at the Allenford Curling Club. This dinner has limited seating of 75. Tickets are $20.00, and are available at Aiken Brothers Hardware. This event is catered by The Green Door Café, and is a fundraiser for Allenford’s Homecoming (July 1, 2, 4 and 4, 2010). We are celebrating the 100 anniversary of Aiken Brothers Hardware and the Allenford Curling Club. Watch for more event schedules.

The Chesley and District Easy Riders Snowmobile Club require a group or person(s) to operate the kitchen facilities at our clubhouse this winter. Book and bake sale to be held at the library on November 14 from 9:00 - 1:00.

We are looking for donations of gently used books and baking.  Books can be dropped off anytime in November and baking can be dropped off on Nov. 13.

We are holding a raffle on a gift basket.  Tickets are $2.00 each of 3 for $5.00.  Draw to be held on December 11 at 7:00 pm.

 

Christmas Story Hour will once again be held at the Paisley library on December 11 at 7:00.
